Delivery of digital products
Everything sold on ChaosTech Plugins (PrestaShop modules, WordPress plugins and iOS/Android app source code) is digital content supplied by download. We do not ship any physical goods and there are no delivery charges.
How you receive your product
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, the download link appears in My account > Order history (open the order to see the file).
- We also send the download link in your order confirmation email to the address you used at checkout.
- Delivery is normally instant. If a payment needs manual checking (for example a bank transfer), the link is released as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Download limits
Each download link can be used a limited number of times and for a limited period (shown on your order page). If your link has expired or you have used all downloads, email us at admin@chaostech.net with your order reference and we will re-issue it free of charge while your licence is valid.
Updates
New versions released during your licence update period are made available to download from your account, in line with the Terms and conditions and the Software licence agreement.
Problems with delivery
If you have paid but cannot see your download, check your spam folder and then contact admin@chaostech.net. We usually reply within 1 working day.
